Recommended Products: Stevia In The Raw

When I'm Skinny-tizing a recipe, sugar replacements are a must! You would probably be surprised to learn that not all Stevia brands are created equal, in fact, Truvia Baking Replacement has 5 calories per teaspoon. This may not seem like much but when you multiply that by the cup(48 teaspoons per cup) that comes out to 240 calories per cup! Thats about a third of the calories in regular granulated sugar, and that can add up!



So when I want to reduce calories in my baked goods I prefer Stevia in the Raw - it has 0 calories. Period.
