After I graduated in June of 2015 I started Skinnee B's, hoping to take my gluten free, dairy free, low calorie products to retail stores. I discovered the concept of shared incubator kitchens and decided that would be a fantastic option for my new business.
In October 2015 I became the proud owner of United Kitchen, a shared commercial kitchen located in La Grange, IL. I am currently in the process of getting my Skinnee B's products ready for retail, and I'm helping my fellow United Kitchen entrepreneurs grow their businesses at the same time.
I'll keep posting recipes and my favorite products, and I'll add in some useful information that I've learned from running an incubator kitchen over on my new blog :)
